If we could have gotten it at the price we offered, it would have been a stretch but we would have been ok. With all the work needed on that house, with the price they're asking, it's too much for us right now.

Remember, we took at 25% pay and benefits decrease. We don't have to move, we just want to in a few years or if some little gem comes on the market and we can figure out how to sing it without getting in over our head.
