I am curious to see how we do going forward with $3 gas, assuming it does not come down in the near term. People are hurting and at the same time, there are alot of people out spending money.

In any case, higher interest rates, combined with high energy prices have got to kill the RE market, at least the RE markets on the coasts which have been most affected by the bubble.
