Ted, Its the assumption that the only way the crime rate can be lowered is by "aborting black" fetuses. Why don't you see that? LOL, I'll just refer you to another post: Message 21753132 Mr. Bennett was talking about the liberal correlation between an increase in abortions and a reduction in crime. His statement about blacks is just a straw man argument to demonstrate what sort of conclusions are possible when you make such correlations between abortion and crime.
