This is what I mean when a lot isn't enough for some. You have a couple hundred million. Your bag is hi-tech, yet you want to try your hand in real-estate development? Why? If you wanted to work, you didn't want to stay with the company that bought you out? You think you can make a lot of money easily on real estate?

For some, enough just isn't enough.

he's going back into the VC area I am sure, especially now that M&A is heating up again. For a while there, a few VCs decided to retire because there was no exit strategy for their companies, the markets were so bearish there was no way out. But that has changed.
