these stocks are already breaking down anyway, so this might give them a temporary pop, and then it will be good to short into

I can't see anything out here that looks too positive for RE, the houses on the market that are near me sill haven't sold, I don't see any kind of rush to buy, rents are still declining and the only thing left to ponder is whether this is seasonal weakness or not.
