No, Judith Miller sat in jail until the prosecutor agreed that she would not have to testify about any source of the information about Valerie Plame other than Libby.

I'm much surprised to find myself in agreement here. However, I think it's likely Miller was a player as well as a reporter. She was deeply committed to the wmd argument.

But I doubt that will ever come out.

I heard the Grand Jury was to be extended and also Miller could be charged with obstruction of justice. The way the liberal lefty loons have painted with innuendo some grand conspiracy of the liar Wilson, having one hold out left that skank idea
festering in the public arena.

I believe Miller would have faced the full power of the USA and decided to change her mind.
