Too many executives don't have 'staying-power'. They chase the wind, rather than create it. Regards, Amy J C'mon Amy, you don't give execs enough credit. Plenty of execs create wind. Ellison, Benioff, McNeely, Fiorina; I could go on and on with a list of blowhards. Will Schmidt, Brin, and Page be added to the list? Not yet.
