"Of course there is, that's the way the laws are made.
By white people...

Though you knew that with no links necessary :)"

That might be your perception. However, that isn't backed by the facts. Taking DOJ figures for 2003, we find the following table. I only took the top three entries because it is a pain to get everything aligned.

Number of victimizations and victimization rates for persons age 12 and over,
by type of crime and race of victims
Rate per 1,000 persons age 12 and over
White only Black only Other race only Two or more races
Type of crime Number Rate Number Rate Number Rate Number Rate
All personal crimes 4,376,250 22.1 877,740 30.7 188,450 16.9 143,970 70.3
Crimes of violence 4,254,260 21.5 830,570 29.1 178,380 16.0 138,500 67.7
Completed violence 1,211,050 6.1 323,400 11.3 69,110 6.2 51,430 25.1

Note that personal crimes, crimes of violence(including threats of violence and attempted violent crime) and completed crimes of violence all have same race on same race much higher than crimes involving two or more races.
