I suppose it depends on what one considers "cheap".

INTC, TXN, CDWC, DELL, etc. sure are not "cheap" when you look at their actual earnings and quirky (being polite here) balance sheets. Pricing techs for growth that isn't maintained is a lovely place for shorts to prosper.
