A few notes on ALAN while it's testing the new low established last week. Ken, and anybody else, please feel free to comment, correct or whatever.

The data storage unit attributed to the majority of the 46% increase in revenues, but contracts in the pipeline for RFID will significantly impact the next quarter's revenues as well as 2006 fiscal year. Revenues from RFID for the prior year were around 800k. The L.A. and Colorado contracts alone, which are scheduled for delivery now, are worth almost $2 million. Add in the Aero-Scout deal and the $1 million in receivables mentioned in the 10k from work completed in the last month of the year and ALAN will report RFID revenues 400% higher. Throw in a 30% increase in the data storage segment, consistent with the five year growth rate. This adds up to over 100% increase in revenues for this year, without any new contracts. Throw in improved marging from reduced costs as product introduction has been initiated, reimbursement of legal fees ($575k for 2005) and the possibility of new contracts as detailed in a recent press release from Alanco, and the stock looks a lot more attractive than its current trading price.
