There was a specific danger identified at a specific place. Not some danger not specific to any place. Not meeting a specification required approval. This is a pure and direct connection of why the levee failed. And no one is blaming clinton for all the leaks on blue dresses or leaking levees. My making fun of the impeached serial sexual predator mr. bill with absurd connections of blame is simply to use relative stupidity to fully frame how E. T. is dumber than a bag of hammers. Having a court say don't fix a specific fault is not a warning. It is an informed decision on a course of action concerning a specific and identified danger. Someone can be held accountable for the decision. And a sentence that says some idiots may hijack a plane and crash it into buildings also is not a warning. It also is not an informed decision on a course of action.
