It would be madness for Delay to every come back. He is so guilty. And not just of this relatively minor charge, but much bigger finance scams and corruption. Many of them should be illegal if they're not already. Like DElay adding in 1.5 billion in pork barrel spending for his district after the already pork-laden Energy Bill was passed.

How can this man be allowed to get away with this? Pure thievery.
