Elroy, He was trying to say that one particular group of people is responsible for most of the crime in the USA and that theoretically genocide would eliminate them.

Yes, that's the straw man he brought up, but that wasn't his main point.

The point he was making was in response to the notion that abortion reduces crime. There was a study cited by abortion proponents suggesting a correlation between the availability of abortions and the reduction of crime. Most people should have been horrified by that suggestion alone, but the study hardly made any waves.

So to illustrate how horrifying the notion is, Mr. Bennett compares it with a straw man notion about reducing crime by aborting black babies. Unfortunately, the press is taking his whole argument out of context and making Mr. Bennett look like the kind of guy who would advocate such a "final solution." He doesn't, and anyone who bothers to look for the whole truth will figure that out. Of course, that matters little to the "nuanced" on this thread, much less the PC Nazis who go out of their way to make sure no one in this nation is offended ... except for white Protestant rednecks in flyover country.
