Let's go back to the good old days and start calling each other honkies and niggers. No PC in that.

<Politically correct can also be know as socially correct. As society changes (hopefully for the better) there is social pressure to behave in a different manner. It has served us well wrt race relations; maybe you are too young to realize that.>

"Maybe some people aren't afraid to point out reality. "

But the reality is that crime correlates strongly to economic standing and population density. The larger the city, the more crime per capita. The lower the economic standing, the higher the crimes committed and experienced per capita. Since blacks tend to be concentrated in larger cities and occupy the lower economic rungs... When you norm for those two factors, the difference in crime rate between the two races is pretty close to zero.

The single biggest factor in whether crime is increasing or decreasing is how well the economy is doing, albeit a trailing indicator. A year or two after the economy starts to expand, crime, especially violent crime, starts to decrease. A year or two after the economy starts to contract, crime, especially violent crime, starts to increase.

A problem shouldn't be made into something racial if the roots are something else.

Note: I edited a mistake I made. Two sentences above, I had originally crime decreasing under economic expansion. That was an error.

Tenchy, buddy! The guy your vainly attempting to defend, Bill Bennet, wrote "The Book of Virtues" - an attempt on HIS part to codify what's "PC" for the modern right-wingnut. Then, he was exposed as a degenerate gambler, and now as supporting the "Final Solution" as an answer to the "mud people" problem.

Give it up! Bennet is hopeless, but quite representative of a large segment of right-wingnuts. Even the chimp put some distance between them.

Which reality? Yours, bennett's? It's not reality supported by any reputable statistical research...it is bias which feeds bias when put on the airwaves of the country. I can tell the difference...idiots like you on the other hand....

YOU are holding back race relations based on our history of slavery and segregation

Next time you venture into a black area, tell a few of the folks there that blacks are more likely to commit crimes, then come back here and report the results...
