Now he is awaiting to see if he is going to be indicted by a grand jury.

He won't be. Not in Florida. The DA knows that the fact that there is a new law plus the jury's attitude would stop a guilty plea.

If they allowed Businessmen in NYC to be armed crime would drop like a stone. Never happen with those liberals up there in control.

Good for your friend, JDN! When others mistreat our older citizens and/or our youngsters, it does make my blood boil. I'm pretty sure most Americans agree as well!
