Ted, Back to NO..........the levees weren't built to a CAT 5 level because in part NO is mostly black. ... So why do you think racism has nothing to do with everything?

On the contrary, I think race and racism explains a lot. Unfortunately, the conclusions you draw are so black-n-white that its grossly inaccurate.
