I have two Dells bought separately, but both have the same structure, no spring clips on the back. I bought them when they were on sale with big discount, so maybe they were built cheaply.

One more question: One Dell's CD drive is always open. Even if I push back, it automatically comes out again, just like a man pull out his tongue again after retreat my fist.

Any way I could fix this problem?
