I believe the exposure of the Louisiana and New Orleans elected officials as the incompetent and corrupt Democrat hacks that they are has combined with the absolutely absurd suggestions of $100 to $200 billion in taxpayer gouging by Congress and the president to MINIMIZE the amount of private contributions that we might otherwise have seen. With the president and Congress' silly idea of a huge uncontrolled appropriation, it is hard to see how anyone who gets a paycheck isn't already "contributing" far MORE than he or she would ever consider prudent. The MAD COW, for perhaps the first time ever, has it right...
