Simply read how long they have been negotiating in these countries. Read what the projects are and the billions of oil reserves in each one. Read the backgrounds of the company players and decide how strong their contacts and negotiations are. I have put down a flow chart on paper with my own percentages of what the odds are at each point. If they hit on 40-50% of my chart, the stock should have no problem hitting $10.00 If they hit on 80%, then I expect an eventual $30 MINIMUM, and probably a large company going forward. Of course, they are my odds at each point, but I have put literally weeks into my own calculations and theories. Certainly no one needs believe me. I would not trust anyone else. That is why I went to the work myself, and I expect others to do the same if they are to be convinced BEFORE the verifiable news hits. One could just wait until others with backgrounds they trust confirm my data, or they could develop their own data and decide the odds for themselves. I chose to do it my way and hence take a major position over time while I could afford to rather than wait on others and not be able to position for a fortune. More risk? Sure. More payoff? Huge amounts more. JD
