From the information I have heard, it appears to be a quintessential case of money laundering.

1. Texas state candidates may not accept contributions from corporation.

2. DeLay's committee receives contributions from corporations.

3. DeLay sends $190,000 in corporate contributions to RNC, with a list of specific state candidates to contribute to.

4. The RNC then contributes the same amount to the designated Texas state candidates, using "cleaned" contributions from individuals.

5. And of course Bugboy, who controls the House with an ironfist, knew absoluttely nothing about it, LOL

Perp walk anyone?

Well, misery loves company, and bugboy will have lots of company from other GOP types like Rove, Libby, and Frist. Maybe they can share a quad at same prison.
