a little outrage might give you the courage to change things instead of foraging like cattle fattening for the slaughter or like a silly garden plant.

Emotion clouds the ability to think. If we are to be free of the oppression of the religious, rage is not the answer, but rather calm clear collected thought. Standing with placards and screaming obscenities will not end the mobs of Christians standing with placards and screaming obscenities.

OTOH a rational clearly thought out discussion of the problems will no doubt make the Christians look like the repressive regime that they are. For instance the Catholic stand against Abortion, if you look at their stand against birth control, you see that they force children to consider Abortion, because they have fallen for the Church led stand against Birth Control. The Churches very position on Birth Control can lead to Abortion, and frequently does in South American countries. By the same measure the Catholic stand against birth control leads to young Catholics risking the contraction of the HIV virus, because young people will experiment with sex, and if they are Catholic that sex is liable to be unprotected.........

Rage makes a far better tool, when the heat of the rage has passed and the colder, clearer, and more methodical anger sets in.

As Solon Mentioned, I call the governing party in Canada the Fiberals. I am tired of being over-taxed and under represented in the Canadian Government. By the same measure the Conservative Party seems to want to run off to the circus, more clowns all the time. But the Fiberals love slush funds, and i am tired of it, so I point out their problems and fiascos as often and as clearly as I can. Of course they lie so often, and screw so many things up, that I get tired of talking about it. And yet Canadians will vote for them forever......... bought off like cheap hookers with their own money......
