I was talking with a local restaurant owner over the weekend. Sales down 57% since gas went over $3 with katrina.

I just don't think tech stocks will crash, they already crashed, thats my rationale. Anything is possible of course. Things that used to result in damage to tech stocks like ISM surveys and semiconductor b-to-b have no effect these days.

Its like microsoft, basically a flat stock for 6 years. Microsoft's future is much, much, much different than it was 6 years ago. But the hot money moved away a long time ago and now it will take an act of god for him to crash. Its possible of course.
