Ted, But if there is so much white racism why do we make more money on average for the same job than anyone else including Asians who are better educated?

I have an answer, but I'm not sure I understand your question.

If you don't understand the question, how could you have an answer?

Let me try to voice my question differently. Racial discrimination usually results in bias in the workplace. The group experiencing racism usually encounters discrimination and has more difficulty getting a job and getting paid what others are getting paid.

So, if white racism is so prevalent as you claim, why do whites on average make more money than other groups for doing the same work even when one of those groups, Asians, is better educated and presumably better qualified for a position?
