I'm very disappointed with management for selling the Interealty stake for mere $0.40 per share. Two years ago Interealty was appraised at $1.80 per share.

So why did Management sell for peanuts? Seems to me, my carcass thesis is evolving into reality. I think management is under the gun from U.S. Big Brother to liquidate this company at below fair value.... yet another case of a Canadian company being bullied. I may be wrong, but I think the CEO is an American.

I'm now quite pessimmistic that we'll get a fair price for the whole company. Geac reminds me of International Verifact... Anyone recall this Canadian manufacturer of Interac terminals was slowly made demised by management for a cheap sale to a foreign interest? To me, the sale of Interealty is emitting the same foul odour.
