he believes it's murder but it's ok for everyone to kill their unborn children because he needs the money...

You've hit closer to Bush with that statement.

Bush is holding back on stem cell research in the government, because it kills those petri dish embryos. At least as far as government sponsored research goes. If it's privately funded embryo killing it's ok. Killing for profit is a good thing. On abortion, the only thing that comes to mind that Bush has actually done is to support the un-Constitutional late term abortion bill. Where is that anyway? Is that being appealed, is Congress amended it to make it Constitutional? I haven't heard anything lately, but perhaps you've followed more closely than me.

When it comes to the "he needs the money". It's pretty clear that Bush is the man. Kerry opposed both the estate tax repeal and the tax reductions for upper income. Both of which would benefit him/his family. Bush on the other hand fits into that upper 1% than makes out on both counts.

Most Americans are for Roe V. Wade, by 65% to 30% I think.
Outlawing abortions would be a terrible idea and would be a huge slap in the face to women. Most religious right types are really against sex in general so they use abortions as a wedge issue and lie, calling it "murder". They know damn well it isn't anywhere close to murder but it sounds good and helps them raise money.

Also, you don't see Bush nominating anyone who would overturn Roe. If he did, the GOP would lose by a landslide in the next elections.
