I think I can remember this story well. :)

One time .. long ago Goldie Down Graded TXN .. it was about 42.00 .. it promptly dropped to 34.00 or 36.00 or so then all Heck broke loose.

It shot straight to 49.00. Isn't that interesting ??

I can't remember if they UpGraded it when it 49.00 or not. lol

Market Pulse: Texas Instruments cut to underperform at Goldman Sachs

NEW YORK (MarketWatch) -- Goldman Sachs downgraded Texas Instruments to underperform from inline Tuesday, and said it believes margins are cyclically peaking. In a note to clients, analyst James Covello also raised Applied Micro Circuits to inline from underperform, and lifted Entegris and Axcelis Technologies to outperform from inline. "We are not changing our Neutral Semiconductor Devices coverage view or our Cautious Semi Equipment (SPE) coverage view, as our view on fundamentals and the cycle has not changed," Covello said. Texas Instruments closed down 2 cents at $33.88 Monday. Axcelis ended up 3.5% at $5.40, Applied Micro fell 2.7% to $2.92 and Entegris was up 0.7% at $11.38.
