Bush-Delay cut NO levee funding to send the money to Iraq.
Also gone to Iraq were Army Engineers and heavy equipment needed to bolster the levees. Even Halliburton was in Iraq. The Guard was in Iraq. All the federal resources we needed were in Iraq. Except the Coast Guard.

Yeah, I believe him. Dumbya is also the guy who thought a horse-manager would be qualified to head the FEMA, and the horse guy did such a "heck of a job" that he had to be booted out...
