Well, Richard Allen was the founder of Theracell, and developed the Spheramine platform which was subsequently acquired by Titan. Perhaps he knows something from Schering's trials, but it is also possible that his objectivity about Spheramine might not be 100%--how many of us are objective about our own creations?

More insider activity. CEO and Chairman Louis Bucalo (that snake) has filed for an outright share buy of 62.000 shares. He got them cheap @ 1,70. The market doesn't value the company's chances very positively at the moment - market cap is at 59 mUSD.

But Allen and Bucalo seem to be of a different opinion. After Bucalo's transaction he holds close to 500.000 shares. So, there was really no reason to buy more, me thinks. What is he up to?

Erik

PS. The market seems to have noticed.

>>Richard C Allen, Executive Vice President and an employee since 1995, was granted 57.906 options to buy shares in Titan on October 3, 2005. These options vested immediately and expired on October, 11 2005. Not much time to decide what to do in this case. The exercise price is 1,35 - somewhat below the market.>>

Allen has filed a 4a today for selling 26.800 shares. At prices between 1,42 and 1,52. Second thoughts, maybe.
