The Supreme Court agrees with me. Your it sounds like the Government can't establish a church is as bad as Thomas.

What the SCOTUS decided was that there was a wall between the government and religion, and it could not condone religious practice on its grounds. The constitution says "AN ESTABLISHMENT of religion". That is to establish a religion as an official religion of the land. IMO to prevent practice of religion on its grounds is against the first amendment. Of course I agree that the government should not promote religion such as REQUIRING school prayer, but it should allow those who wish to pray in school to do so.
