I do believe the Bush administration is miffed at the Iraqi government for all kinds of reasons including this one. After all, didn't they conspire to fix the vote anyway? Why bring up all of this and make the vote look fradulent even if it is?

Why not do it in Iraq since they did it so easily in the US of A. So did the Neocons ever consider that we'd be looking at the partitioning of Iraq (seen today in graphic detail on mass media) at this late date? Is this what they wanted to accomplish, a super-sized Iran, a rebellious independent Kurdistan giving the Turks headaches and an educated, middle class Sunni middle with nothing more to lose.
