You may seek out SEC ruling summary 16/COVER-1-CHEEK dated 5/02/03 for further supportive details. You are hereby notified of this Overt Handling News Offense (OH.NO) and that you have 14 days or 3 weeks to revise your statement to include an acceptable term such as catchow, dogtoy, etc. You are subject to punishment up to $450,000 and/or 14 years in federal jail but not including 1 year in state jail or 2.5 years in county jail for each such offense.

Your confidentiality agreements should be up to date and are subject to auditing by our staff.
