There is talk that the Judiciary Committee members should question her on what process she engaged in to make some of the decisions as Bush's counsel. It is known that Bush would not want to release papers wherein she expressed her opinion during the decision making process. So the way to get around that is to ask her to explain that in public during the hearings. Interesting to see what she would have to say to that.
