$HUI - His preferred (red count) seems to be the expectation that (counting from May low) the 3rd is likely to end near 282. On his chart, the "hurdle" at 259 (top of 2003) could be, perhaps, the end of 3 (of 3)..... but if you look at the action of the past few days it seems as if the 3/3 has already ended at the recent top... in which case it is the entire "3" which may end near 259 -- a possibility worth watching.
