The entire justification of the American Declaration of Independence and thus the Constitution rest on the proffer America is a nation under God.

Any rational person can see the simple logic of that. And that being the case, The very independent minded founding father would not have mentioned in the year of Our Lord if that were not the God America is under.

To recite the Pledge and refuse to acknowledge the founders created America as one nation under God refuses to acknowledge the legal justification of American Laws.

By nature the federal government needs to be more inclusive, but I believe it is reasonable for local government to reflect community values.
