Where in the constitution does the phrase "separation of church and state" appear?

As you well know that particular phrase does not exist in the constitution. It comes from the Declaration of Independence.

Bozo boy, the constitution does not say you must acknowledge anything. But if you for any reason act in a way that denies others their rights as defined in the constitution you will be sanctioned or even restrained from those actions. Even if it is fit by your religion.

The construct of protected religion as you used it is idiotic.
