Clinton's administration was very honest in comparison to Bush's. They never scammed the public out of huge amounts of money. Ever. That's what Bushies do for a living. That seems like their whole purpose in life.

Notice 8 hours after the Katrina floods, Halliburton already had a 500 Million no-bid contract. This is what Bushies are. Perfect example. 500 mill more of our money gone into their pockets.
