Thanks for suppling an example of someone being arrested for having illegal sex. The part I still have questions about would be if it was indeed "private" sex, who squealed?(pardon that small attempt at humor)... What is the process that gets you arrested for private matters?

I can understand people getting in trouble for performing private functions in a more public venue....example being, something teenagers might have done at the drive-in theater(it's time to get the car in gear when informed that county sheriff has been called).

My guess would be that you have a better chance of winning the lottery than being arrested for performing truly private, consenting illegal sex.
