Marc, RGEN seems ready to close its July 27 upgap. As you may recall, the H on July 26 was 2.42 (it closed at 2.33) and the L on July 27 was 2.62 (it closed at 3.30) So the "gap" was from 2.42 to 2.62 (20 points) In order to close half the gap the stock could get to 2.52 and there is some "support" from the May 25-May26 double top at the 2.50 level.<g> bigcharts.marketwatch.com The L, so far today, at 1.12PM was 2.71 and the nearest intraday support is at 2.75 with resistance at 2.80 As I mentioned to Ray, I am still waiting to see how things go on Monday, since I don't particularly like the market's behaviour this week.<g> Message 21770020 RAGL Bernard

RGEN Is moving up again on expanding volume, after the comments about RGEN's patent that covers the use of the active compound in Orencia for the treatment of RA, CTLA4-Ig, for cytotoxic T-lymphocyte-associated antigen 4, and specifically mentions the Bristol-Myers FDA application for Orencia. RGEN also owns the rights to a European patent with similar treatment claims. The U.S. patent is in force until 2021, and in Europe until 2013, according to the RGEN's Web site. The stock traded today above its Aug.30 H of 4.18 (it traded at 4.30 from 10.54AM to 11AM )but ithas drifted down to 4.17 at present.<g> bigcharts.marketwatch.com If the stock can close above today's H, it seems it should be able to test the $5 level.<g> bigcharts.marketwatch.com Bernard
