I would go with that if we repeal the Bush tax cuts, and cut military spending. I still think we implement a significant "guzzler sales tax" for purchase of low mileage vehicles, and a "smart car tax credit" for high mileage vehicles. Although that would be revenue neutral, it would free up $'s that are going "up in fumes" currently. I don't know how you legislate a flatter compensation curve. But stopping illegal immigration is easy... anybody that hires an illegal goes to jail for 90 days. John
