Interesting board, interesting discussion over the past few months on EFCR. Been watching, got a stake in EFCR now for several months also.

I take it from the 13d filing that 68 million shares represents 33.5% of the float?

So that means that the total float is about 204 million shares?

Which works out to a market cap of about $12 million or so?

Is that right?
