I think Bush refers to the four person Iraqi army that is doing a great job. Without several thousand more to help, *our* oil will fall back into the hands of Zarqawi. Maybe that's what he meant.

Hm. I wonder if you pitted the Iraqi 'security forces' against all of the militia that are running around Iraq who would win?

My vote goes to the militia. Iraq is starting to look like Afghanistan and vice versa.
