I remember it well, but apparently some on this thread have SELECTIVE memories. What REALLY GALLS ME is the VERY PEOPLE who got us in this damn fix with their Whacko Environmental policies are the PIGS SCREAMING THE LOUDEST now. Even KATRINA and he LEVEE failure was a RESULT of one of those whacko groups STOPPING the Corps of Engineers rebuilding the levees 10 YEARS AGO, they filed a lawsuit to stop it. How many years have we watched the French merrily building nuclear plants while we continued with natural gas saying it was safer and less pollutant. If we JUST had a nuclear power system like France has we probably WOULD NOT have this refinery problem today. So much is devoted this time of year to storing up heating oil. jdn
