I thought I read that it takes an INCREDIBLE amount of energy to MAKE Hydrogen. If that is so, we better start with far more Nuclear Power plants. jdn

Figure out the energy in ten gallons of gas and then what pressure would be required to hold the energy equivalent in hydrogen in the volume of ten gallons of gas.

Now see if you can visualize this. One can find very high pressures deep in the ocean. The depth required for the above is so deep, it's miles and miles out in space. Yes you could find that depth on Jupiter.
