I don't see it as adversarial to religious symbols. I have nothing against any religion. I simply want my govt to be as neutral as is realistically possible.

Trees, wreaths, what greeting you use is not worthy of litigation. But some of the other religious displays have no place in our public govt life.

It seems that many Christians see it as an attack on their religion. While others see the displays as a potential attack on theirs.
