Bush is the one who let 9-11 happen and let Osama Bin Lauden go, then got us distracted and mired in Iraq, creating not destroying thousands of new terrorists in the process. About 13,000 Americans have died or been wounded as a result. Clinton tried to kill Osama on many occasions. He fired 150 cruise missiles at him at least and narrowly missed. At the time, the rightwing complain that Clinton was trying to change the subject from Monica Lewinsky. As if that issue had any business occupying congress or the White House. Also, Bush did nothing about avenging the USS Cole even though it happened shortly before he cheated to rise to power.
