Also, being anti reproductive choice for women means criminalizing something that two-thirds of Americans want kept legal.

If this statistic is accurate, it seems hard to believe many states would outlaw abortion; rather, they would likely restrict it (if do anything) to the extent that more than 50% of the state's residents want it restricted.

I'm heavily pro-choice, but recently have started to wonder whether the abortion laws should be made by the Supreme Court or by the state legilature.
