Wow! Really? It's amazing what the super-bright can do with almost nothing. $ill's amazing genius made him the richest person ever from such poor material.

I've been around since before the "rise of the PC industry" and I know a fair bit thanks. But you can think what you like. It would take me too long to elucidate for you.

It's tough enough educating you about intelligence, maths, physics, chess, women, men, maturity and child development. You have made little progress.
