Take this with a grain of salt.... I think charts and technicals are of very limited value with stocks like this. But FWIW, EFCR is sitting just above the 200 sma, the first time it's been near there since June. And yesterday we saw higher than normal volume. stockcharts.com[w,a]daclyyay[dc][pb50!b200][vc60][iLp5,3,3!Lk14]&pref=G So, I am suggesting that EFCR might be finding a medium-term bottom here. Re your questions about news breaking, my feeling is that it won't be necessary for all or even several of these stories to play out. Just one will get this thing moving in a New Yawk minute. I gotta bit of a stake here, and I'll probably give it till the end of the year to make its intentions known. This is not your typical pinkie scenario here, IMHO. T

I underestimated how many held that were not as firm as me. Disappointed, but definitely not selling -- me. It is irritating when a company only files in black and white with no added explanations because they are solely intent on the end goal of a profitable company. They, obviously too, underestimated the resolve of many of their shareholders because many bailed with any uncertainty. Of course, someone has been willing to take the shares, but at ever-lower prices, it is most maddening for those of us holding major positions, or any position for that matter, I suppose. I will see if someone can get someone's ear because this is all unnecessary IMO. JC
