What's the big deal? Google hates Bush and the free Taiwanese. China limited Yahoo, do you really think google wants the same treatment?

Go to google and search for "miserable failure" and see what the first search result is. The WhiteHouse biography of Bush.

How any company could miss something as big as this, I have no clue:

"Taiwan is demanding that the search engine change its recently launched Google Maps, which currently displays the name ``Taiwan, Province of China'' next to a map of the island. An apology wouldn't hurt either, Taiwan's vice president told reporters Thursday. The map name is quickly raising anger throughout Taiwan, a technology powerhouse with close ties to Silicon Valley."

I know Americans can be 'stupid' about foreign matters but this goes beyond stupid. I would never have expected google to screw up in this way.
