Bush put out terrorist alerts 13 times, all of them on days when there was bad news coming out about the WHite House and/or good news coming out about Kerry. Including the day the DEM convention ended and the day Kerry picked John Edwards. In almost all cases law enforcement officials said the alerts were BS.

So Bush is using Homeland Security as a political tool to scare us into ignoring reality.
